Perfect for my Casio Privia PX 555 R
I'm petite so I'm delighted that this stool has 6 options for height adjustment. I was able to get it high enough for me. The padding is soft and comfortable to sit on. It's light enough to carry around. I also like it that it can be folded away for storage if I ever need to. It is also stable enough, though I wouldn't recommend rocking on it or standing on it. Thick foam lets me sit comfortably for as long as I want. Legs slide between 2 rails under the foam, and can lock in 1 of 4 positions. Lowest position is 19.5 inches tall, highest is 24 inches.

This is a very nice looking bench. It has a good leather seat and the foam is 3" thick and very firm. It is easy to adjust the height level. I got my four year old son sit on it to play the piano. Definitely worth the money.

Sturdy, wide, comfortable, a bit off in the quality control
The legs remove completely from the bench by squeezing in two pins on each arm of the "X". There are knobs you can tighten to hold the pins in, which is handy because otherwise it would require a lot of hands to set up the bench.I would not recommend this bench if you plan to set it up and take it down frequently. The rails on the bottom of the bench are too close together on mine and that makes one end very difficult to remove. It also takes a bit of fiddling around with both ends to ensure all 4 pins seat in the holes in the bench rail. If you were in a hurry it would be easy to only wedge the unit together and have it collapse when you sat down.

Better than I expected
Attractive, small but wide enough, and rock-solid, with a small but adequate music storage compartment under the seat. The legs and frame appear to be metal, with rubber pads on the feet and the tops of the legs. It arrived without assembly instructions but the only trick for attaching the four legs was to crank the seat up a half-inch or so to allow clearance for the tops of the legs. Well planted seat
Very good seat. I checked and this one had the most adjustment height. Material and workmanship is comparable to medium quality benches. Smooth adjustment knobs. Hinges look a little cheap, but they hold up well to a 3 year old opening and closing and opening and closing and etc... Can't go wrong with this bench. Top to learn more

Decent Bench for the Price
First of all, the PKBB1MM is the same model as the PKBB1. In fact, the box for this bench leaves off the MM suffix. So, it would seem that the same bench is being sold twice on Amazon, for two different prices. Go for whichever is cheaper.Now, as far as the bench goes, it's not bad, especially for the price. Raising and lowering could be easier--as is, it involves unscrewing a knob, pulling out a bolt, holding a bunch of washers in place, and screwing the knob back into the bolt at the desired height. Not as horrible as it sounds, but could be annoying if you're taking this bench to a gig. If you're using it in your home, however, you'll probably just leave it in one position anyway.The other downfall of this bench is that its highest setting is not all that high. I'm six feet tall, have a digital piano with the keys positioned at exactly the height of a regular grand piano, and honestly, the bench makes me feel a little short. Good bench, not tall enough
I have this bench with a Yamaha keyboard and the Yamaha double-x keyboard stand. The bench is small and doesn't take up much space, even folded out, which is great. When folded down, it's a little smaller but thicker than a fold-up chair. It's nicely padded and comfortable. My main complaint is that it only has 3 height settings, and the highest setting isn't high enough for me - I'm about 5'6" and at the highest setting, my elbows bend slightly upward when I'm at the keyboard, which makes it hard to keep straight wrists and curved hands without scrunching my shoulders (which gets uncomfortable and introduces a lot of tenseness in the playing). This bench is adequately stable for an adult who can touch the floor but is not stable enough for a young child who might want to climb or play on it (no way I'd let my 2 1/2 year old, who likes to "play" the keyboard, near this bench by himself). Sturdy and looks good
This is a good solid piano bench and is not cheap looking. It looks surprisingly good with my electric piano. It's sturdy enough for large adults. I studied most of the piano benches offered on Amazon and read most of the reviews before deciding on this one, and have not regretted choosing it. I just wish I could store some music inside of it. I love it.
Ive never bought a piano bench before this one but i had good first experience with them. The seat and 4 legs were nicely and neatly wrapped along with the tools. It took me less than 5 mins to build the bench. Great color too, shiny black. The legs come with rubber underneath to avoid scratching the floor. The only thing though, is it's a little too high; i dont know if they intentionally do that for junior pianists but it works for me. Will be a little troublesome to 6 feet folks. Regardless, 5 stars!
