Just what I was looking for
After the disappointment from buying the Hohner soft zippered case (a monster twice as big as any but the longest tremelo harps) I was leery about buying this but I took the chance and I am glad I did, my old favorite Special 20 fits snugly inside, not too tightly but firm enough to keep it from sliding and the case is thin enough to pocket easily yet padded just enough to protect my harp form the nicks and bangs of being carried.

Affordable. Does its job. What else can I say?
As I see it, there are two kinds of harmonica players: the kind who just like the novelty of the instrument or only play it as an occasional thing (for example, the established rock guitarist or singer who pulls out the harp for just one song), and those who more or less take it as their main instrument. If you're serious about the harmonica, then you'll eventually have to get harmonicas for all 12 keys. This way you'll be ready for just about any song. One diatonic "C" harmonica, which by far and large most harmonicas are manufactured as, isn't gonna cut it! The outside construction is pretty rugged. Two metal latches, one on either side of the plastic handle, keep the case snapped tightly shut when it's closed. The inside is all layered with black foam. On one side you have two columns of 6 holes each, to hold your diatonic harmonicas. They don't have to be Hohner; any brand will snuggly fit. Most players seem to line their harps in chromatic order...

One of the better harp cases available...
This is one helluva case! Holds all my harmonicas (7 to date, with a chromatic on the way) with the foam allowing for my tuner, digital recorder, and harmonica neck holder to be stored along side all of my harps. Tougher than you'd think... and the foam definately keeps your stuff where you left it. Other cases leave your stuff loose and while they may lock, they dont have that secure feeling foam provides (No reeds getting knocked out of place if something should happen like a drop)... As far as seeing multiples at gigs, parties, etc... Hell, make it your own... Fill in the Hohner logo with a paint pen, plaster it with your favorite bands stickers. Then you know it's yours.

Perfect for a typical 12-hole chromatic harmonica
This pouch fits perfectly for my Hering Velvet Voice 48 (12 Hole Chromatic Harmonica). It's a well made product, but it's too big for diatonics and it's too small for chromatics bigger than 12 holes.

Case about 50% too big
I bought this case because I wanted to be able to put the harmonica in my pocket and not have it get banged up on my car keys or cell phone. The standard plastic cases that come with harmonicas are too fat and hard to be comfortable in a pocket. This is a well made case with a good zipper and padding, but it is about 50% too long for a Horner Special 20 or similar 10 hole diatonic harmonica. It is obviously made with "one size fits all" in mind. As such, it is bulkier than I wanted, but still usable.

Handy harmonica case
This is a high quality, rugged case: heavy duty zipper, canvas-like outer, soft liner, inside pocket for set lists or notes, and wide elastic straps to hold your harps. Room for seven harmonicas which means you can carry the keys most serious players use--G,A,Bb,C,D,E&F. Too bad they don't make a larger case for all diatonic keys. This baby will last forever and looks professional--a definite yes.

Protect your harps for a nice price....
I'm very happy with this harp case. It's thicker than you might imagine, judging from the picture. Each harmonica is held by its own strap, which fit perfectly. The zipper feels like a very good quality. I expect to be using this for years.

As the Hetrick Harmonica Company matured the founders refined and formed a strategic business plan, “we cannot just be a harp case company, we need to do everything harmonica. Five years ago, Scott Hetrick initially introduced his custom-built harmonica case to Matthew Smart, who found this case, “the most amazing harp case I had every seen. ” Configured in black and silver with a system of interlocking Lexan plexi-glass dividers, this tool case was designed to vertically stand the harmonicas. Through trial and error they found the best woods and materials for both their collection of combs, fitting more than twenty different harmonica models, and customized harmonicas. ” The company slogan became, “ Custom, Cutting Edge Harmonica Gear made by Harmonica Players ,” and ushered in the next undertaking of new combs. This system allowed up to 42 various harp models and bullet mics to be held in a small tool case (84 Marine Band harps placed opposite each other in one slot).
