Who Knew You Could Fall in Love With Accordion Straps?
I recently purchased a budget accordion to test the waters and decide if the accordion is really for me. Although it came with straps, I decided to get a nicer set just in case the free ones were junk. I had no idea the Hohner straps would be so comfortable, though. If you've ever seen those cheesy Dr. Scholl's commercials where people are "gellin" from their gel shoe inserts, you'll understand when I say that's exactly how I felt when I switched from the cheap leather straps to these fantastic spongy-gel straps. Your practice sessions will be longer and more comfortable with these straps - they're worth every penny.

Awesome, worth every cent.
The straps I had before these were plain leather ones that cut into my shoulders. These Hohner straps are just wonderful. An accordion could weigh a hundred pounds and these straps would make it feel like nothing. Absolutely worth the money.

It's a personal thing, I guess--but I love 'em!
I guess this shows how personal something like music supplies can be. I'm delighted with my NeoTech straps. I find them quite comfortable. I find they distribute an instrument's weight even better than traditional straps. (If your accordion doesn't feel comfortable with these on, don't blame the straps--your instrument's too heavy!) The innovative material also prevents the straps from slipping around on my shoulders, as leather ones often do. These straps also happen to cost HALF as much as comparable leather straps. What's not to like? Beats me. Apparently they're not for everyone, though. If you're uncomfortable ordering something that's so different from traditional products, I suggest you order from someone who allows returns. The straps are quite light, so even if you end up returning them, you won't be out much for postage.

Love these straps!
Totally worth the money! These straps are very comfortable, even for a petite person. Really easy to attach to the box. And no horrible metal buckles to scratch up the finish or the case! The best thing is that they adjust with the flick of a wrist for all contingencies -- sitting down, standing up, wearing a big fur coat, or letting a different-sized friend try your instrument.Awesome.

Well made, comfortable, but too long for my 37 key accordion
I tried this Neotech strap along with the . I found the Mega strap to be extremely comfortable, but the length was too long for my 37 key accordion. Build quality and materials seem very good, though. I initially rated this product 4 stars. I emailed the company to report my problems with the length to see if they had any solutions. I have not received a reply yet, so I am taking off 1 additional star for poor customer service.
